南非疫情稍微好转一些，华人们以及众多的海外移民稍稍的松了一口气。可是南非内政部的一则消息如同晴天霹雳般的炸响。 先有总部移民政策取消非盟津巴布韦的特赦签证，后有总部移民局DG签字部门复查审核所有待定打印批纸的案件。正所谓一波未平一波又起。
今天凌晨又传来重磅消息：南非华侨代理特此分享给大家 南非内政部即将启动一套最为完善的公民认证系统，用来核查自2004年以来签发给所有外国移民的居住许可和签证。 这一行动的目的旨在是要把通过欺骗等非法手段获得合法签证的外来移民抓回去。内政部长Aaaron Motsoaledi更是讲到：对于获得居留权和签证的持有者，复查审核其签证的审批过程，是否有涉嫌贪污腐败违规操作的不法行为。并对此进行严厉打击和追责。 “自2020年十一月，在政府严厉高度的施压调查取证中，更有14名内政部成员联名签署一份请愿书，要求政府反腐部门停止这一行动的调查，部长为此感到震惊，更加坚定了复查签证以及合法居留权的发放和审批的更大透明化的决心。” 为了审核自2004年以来签发的所有许可证和签证设立专门的委员会和特别小组，并且特别着重审查以下签证类别： 永久居留 Permanent Residence Permit (prp),这是仅有一步之遥即将获得南非公民的持有者，要特别关注调查。 公司集团签证 Corporate visa,特别是矿业发展者特别调查。 商务签证Business visa. 特殊技能签证（Professional）Critical skills visa. 退休签证 Retired persons visa 入籍申请许可Citizenship by naturalisation 学习签证 Study visa 对以上签证永居类别的特别调查之所以从2004年起，是因为在这一年实施的新的移民法案（Act number 13 of 2002） 以下是原文： The South Africa Department of Home Affairs will begin a Citizen Authentication System which is set to verify permits and Visas issued to foreigners since 2004. The operation is aimed at fishing out individuals who fraudulently acquired permits to stay in the country. The Home Affairs Minister Aaaron Motsoaledi said the need to review the permits came after realising a trend emerging from the outcomes of cases involving prominent people investigated by the Department’s Counter Corruption Unit, which investigates wrongdoing by departmental officials. “In November 2020, during a high-powered investigation, I was alarmed when 14 members of the permitting section signed a petition demanding that the Counter Corruption unit should stop investigating their errors. This admission strengthened my resolve to have a more transparent permit issuance regime.” He said. The Ministerial Committee which has been established to review all permits and visas issued since 2004, will look at the following categories; • Permanent Residence Permits (PRP), which are just a step away from citizenship • Corporate visas, especially in the mining sector • Business visa • (Professional) Critical skills visa • Retired persons visa • Citizenship by naturalisation • Study visa 2004 was chosen as the cut-off date because that is the year the Immigration Act, Act number 13 of 2002, came into operation.
